Shipping within the U.S.
We ship fast and ship smart — using USPS, FedEx, or UPS (all with tracking and delivery confirmation).
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $100
(Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, full bolts, and batting — shipping for those is quoted at checkout.) - Orders under $100: Flat rate $6.95
- Patterns only: Economy shipping $2.95 (no tracking)
Please double-check your shipping address! Orders returned to us for an incorrect address will require new postage to reship.
Lost or Missing Packages
We’ll do our best to help track them down, but we’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local carrier right away — they usually locate it quickly.
Returns & Cancellations
We want you to love your order! If something’s not quite right — like a fabric flaw or an incorrect item — just email us at service@texasprecuts.com within 21 days, and we’ll take care of you.
Here’s how we handle returns:
- Approved returns may include a 20% restocking fee (waived if we made the mistake).
- No returns on patterns, books, or kits that include patterns — copyright rules.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.
- No refunds after 21 days.
We do our best to make things right quickly and fairly — if you ever have a concern, just reach out and we’ll work together to find a solution.
